Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Abuja

Job Summary
- The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- This role involves actively promoting the company’s real estate offerings, guiding clients through the buying process, and achieving sales targets.
- The position offers a 5% commission on every successful sale, providing strong earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to prospective clients
- Conduct property tours and presentations for clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
- Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to build trust and maintain client confidentiality.
