We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Oregun, Ikeja - Lagos

Job Description
Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Manage and track ongoing work across teams, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.
  • Run structured check-ins (daily/weekly) to monitor progress, identify risks, and keep work moving forward.
  • Hold team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables without direct authority.
  • Proactively identify blockers and drive resolution to maintain momentum.

Workflow & Process Management:

  • Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of workflows across the business.
  • Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and escalate or address them through structured solutions.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date SOPs to support consistency and onboarding.
  • Help ensure work is organized in a way that supports visibility, tracking, and scalability.

 Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Coordinate across different teams to ensure priorities are aligned and dependencies are managed.
  • Act as a central point of communication to keep stakeholders informed on progress and risks.
  • Ensure clarity of requirements before work begins to reduce rework and delays.

 Technology & Project Support:

  • Work closely with IT/technical teams to support system-related projects and improvements.
  • Assist in gathering requirements, tracking development progress, and supporting user testing.
  • Identify opportunities where automation or tools can improve efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new tools or process changes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar execution-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, or structured project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and follow-through, even without direct authority.
  • Experience documenting processes, workflows, or SOPs.
  • Comfortable working with tools and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to keep teams aligned and informed.
