Otsuka Nigeria Nutraceutical Company (ONNC) is a fast moving FMCG, Nutraceutical, phamaceutical and chemical industry, located in sagamu, interchange, Ogun state Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Filler Operator (Krones Filling Machine)

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Line Supervisor / Shift Leader

Job Summary

• Responsible for operating the filling machine to ensure accurate and hygienic filling of products into bottles.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Krones filling machine
• Ensure correct fill levels, pressure, and speed
• Maintain hygiene standards and prevent contamination
• Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures
• Coordinate with Quality Control for product checks
• Monitor product loss and reduce wastage
• Document production data and issues.

Requirements

• OND / HND in Engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of beverage filling processes.

Common Responsibilties:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)policies
• Use appropriate PPE at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping (5S)
• Support line changeovers and shift handovers
• Report faults, downtime, and safety issues immediately.
