Role Overview

• We are looking for a technical and organized Technical Operations Analyst to analyze logistics data and improve operational performance.
• This role is ideal for someone who can identify inefficiencies, generate insights, support system improvements, and ensure data-driven decision-making across operations.
• You will be a key point of coordination, helping the business optimize processes and achieve greater efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data across logistics activities to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for management review.
• Evaluate key metrics such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and service performance.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
• Support the implementation of operational systems and digital tools.
• Collaborate with operations and IT teams to enhance system functionality and usage.
• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to improve productivity.
• Monitor the impact of implemented changes and provide continuous improvement insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across operational systems.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Experience working with logistics or operational systems.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and process improvements.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
