Role Overview

• We are seeking a technically skilled IT Support professional to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who can troubleshoot technical issues, support internal teams, ensure system reliability, and keep digital operations running smoothly.
• You will be a key point of coordination, ensuring all technology infrastructure supports efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for all hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Manage and support logistics software, including tracking and warehouse management systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime across all platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to support business continuity.
• Implement system updates, backups, and security protocols to protect company data.
• Support onboarding of staff by setting up systems, accounts, and access rights.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system records.
• Provide user training and guidance on system usage and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting end-users.
• Familiarity with system security, backups, and data protection practices.
• Ability to manage IT infrastructure and ensure system uptime.
• Good communication skills for supporting non-technical staff.
