We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and track tender opportunities on NIPEX and other procurement platforms.
  • Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid submissions, including double-envelope tenders.
  • Review RFQs, RFPs, and ITTs and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
  • Manage vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processes.
  • Coordinate procurement logistics and supplier deliveries to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain tender registers, vendor databases, and procurement records.
  • Support tendering and procurement activities for projects involving IOCs and NOCs (e.g., Shell, Total Energies, ExxonMobil, Chevron, NNPC).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years experience in procurement, supply chain, and tendering within the oil & gas sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with NIPEX tenders and double-envelope bid submissions.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 / Month
