Job Title: Seniorr HR Officer

Location: Shiroro, Niger

Overview

• Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for people and processes? Join our clients growing team in Shiroro as an HR Generalist officer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance culture and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Support performance management and career development initiatives
• Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum odf 3 years’ HR experience
• CIHRM, CIPM, HRCI, or SHRM certification is required
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in the Power sector is a plus.
