Job Title: Virtual Assistant Intern

Location: Abuja (FCT) - Remote

Job Summary 

  • We’re hiring a remote Virtual Assistant Intern to support our Human Resource team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job searches and candidate sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Post job advertisements, screen CVs, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding, HR records, and general employee administration.
  • Draft HR-related emails and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Provide general virtual administrative support.

Requirements

  • Reliable laptop and strong internet connection.
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Availability of at least 25 hours per week.
  • Interest in HR/recruitment (no prior experience required).
