Job Title: Virtual Assistant Intern
Location: Abuja (FCT) - Remote
Job Summary
- We’re hiring a remote Virtual Assistant Intern to support our Human Resource team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct job searches and candidate sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards.
- Post job advertisements, screen CVs, and schedule interviews.
- Assist with onboarding, HR records, and general employee administration.
- Draft HR-related emails and maintain spreadsheets.
- Provide general virtual administrative support.
Requirements
- Reliable laptop and strong internet connection.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Availability of at least 25 hours per week.
- Interest in HR/recruitment (no prior experience required).
