Job Summary

• Our client in the Insurance Industry is seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Business Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with solid commercial awareness within the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Supervise and support sales and business development teams to meet targets
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4–7years’ experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of insurance products and operations
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certification (e.g., CIIN) is an added advantage

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
