We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Waitress / Waiter
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet guests politely and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve meals and drinks to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained during service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next service.
- Assist with room service and banquet events when needed.
- Handle guest bills and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
- Follow hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
