We are Just Brand It, a 360 creative agency with core competencies in developing Corporate Visual Identity Systems (CVIS), Concept Generation and Brand Management Strategies. Our goal is to provide all round brand solutions to our customers. We are built on four pillars which are Brand Communication, Designs as a service, Promotional gift items and Print and Fabrication.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creative Director

Location: Shomolu / Palmgrove - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Description

• We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Creative Director to lead our Creative Department and drive the visual quality of all branding and print projects.
• This role blends design execution with team leadership, requiring someone who can translate client briefs into production-ready designs while maintaining high creative standards.
• You will work closely with production and commercial teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of all projects.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:

• Lead, supervise, and develop the creative team
• Set and maintain high design standards across all projects
• Review and approve all creative work before production
• Provide clear direction aligned with client briefs and business goals

Design & Execution:

• Design and oversee brand identities, logos, and print materials
• Prepare accurate, print-ready artworks (bleeds, margins, color modes, resolution)
• Handle outputs including banners, brochures, packaging, signage, and vehicle branding
• Resolve design issues that may impact production quality

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Work closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility
• Collaborate with sales and client service teams to interpret briefs and meet deadlines
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain quality control to minimize errors and reprints

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design or creative leadership
• Experience in a printing or branding environment is essential
• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Solid understanding of print production and color management (CMYK/RGB)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lead a team and work under tight deadlines.

Salary
N350,000 monthly.
