We are looking for a driven, digitally savvy Online Sales Executive to grow our hospitality revenue across every channel.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Online Sales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Head of Sales / General Manager

The Role

  • This is a revenue-generating role.
  • You will be responsible for selling our full range of hospitality services online — shortlet apartment bookings, restaurant reservations, lounge experiences, and private events — across social media, WhatsApp, booking platforms, and direct digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive bookings and sales across shortlet apartments, restaurant and lounge
  • Run targeted online campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and bookings
  • Manage and convert enquiries via Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and email
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experience post-booking
  • List and optimise property and service profiles on Airbnb, Booking.com and similar platforms
  • Track and report sales performance, conversion rates and revenue weekly
  • Follow up on all leads promptly and professionally — no enquiry goes unanswered
  • Identify new online channels and opportunities to grow reach and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with repeat guests and clients

What You Bring

  • 2+ years experience in online sales, digital marketing or hospitality sales 
  • Excellent written communication — your messages should sell
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how to sell on them
  • Highly responsive — fast replies are part of the job
  • Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com or similar OTA platforms is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Lagos hospitality and shortlet market is a strong plus.
