Job Title: Technical Officer

Job Summary

• As part of our expansion, we are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Techical Officer.
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Officer to fill a vacant position and strengthen our technical team.
• The successful candidate will monitor and support RMPM development, product formulation, process improvement, and ensure product compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support material and packaging development initiatives, including material selection, testing, evaluation, and enhancement of packaging performance and quality.
• Conducting routine laboratory tests, analyzing results, assisting with trials, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop safe, cost‑effective, and compliant packaging solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, effective problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Able to describe management needs into packaging development planning in finding packaging alternatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience preferablyin research & development within nutraceutical, pharma, food/beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environment from Beverage & Food industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging material development, data analysis and raw material development experience.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
