Job Title: Store Clerk

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Warehouse Store Assistant to support inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• The role involves receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality
• Unload, sort, label, and store products in designated locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)
• Conduct routine stock counts and assist in periodic stocktaking
• Monitor stock levels and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to prevent expiry or wastage
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners)
• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures at all times

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting with 1-2 years experience.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Working Conditions:
