BTHDC is an ultra-modern Diagnostic Center facility which provides Radiology and laboratory services at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja Lagos.

BTHDC is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between PPC Limited and Lagos State Government. PPC Limited is affiliated to Philips Medical System (PMS), a global leader in providing clinical management and diagnostic technology, and have been successful in transferring latest technology to the healthcare industry in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and procurement documentation in line with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and service quality.
• Track and resolve issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in orders.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless procurement processes.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements or changes where necessary.
• Support budgeting and cost‑control initiatives by providing accurate procurement data and insights.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
