Job Title: Technical Leader

Job Summary

• As part of our expansion, we are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Leader.
• We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive technical leader with a quality-first mindset—someone who is a strong team player, able to work under minimal supervision, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• A basic understanding of engineering principles.
• The ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in using technical tools or software, reading basic technical drawings, and communicating effectively is required.
• Candidates must be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time-management skills, attention to safety and quality standards, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field (Chemical Engineer).
• 2 - 3 years in research & development within nutraceutical, pharma, food/beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge ofdata analysis and raw material development experience.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
