We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Operations Executive

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Sales Operations Executive to support our payments business.
  • This role is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of deals across the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities move efficiently from discovery through to go-live.
  • This is a non-client-facing role with no quota responsibility. The focus is on internal coordination, process execution, and follow-through partnering closely with Sales and working across Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Product, and Customer Support to remove blockers and maintain momentum.

What You’ll Do

  • Support execution of deals across the pipeline, ensuring steady progress from discovery → contract → onboarding → integration → go-live
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Product, Support) to track deliverables and timelines
  • Follow up consistently to ensure no delays or missed actions across teams
  • Maintain accurate tracking of deal status, updates, and next steps
  • Coordinate internal onboarding requirements, including documentation, compliance checks, and approvals
  • Track integration progress and support readiness for testing and go-live
  • Support Sales with internal inputs such as capability materials, data requests, and documentation‍
  • Monitor internal communication channels and ensure timely responses and execution

  • Deals move through the pipeline without delays or gaps
  • Improved speed from contract to go-live
  • Strong internal coordination with minimal follow-up required from Sales
  • Accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking at all times

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar execution-focused roles
  • Experience working in payments, fintech, or a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Comfortable working behind the scenes to support deal execution

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to onboarding, compliance, or operational processes in financial services
  • Basic understanding of payments or API-based products
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
