We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product & Inventory Control Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The Product & Inventory Control Officer is responsible for managing spare parts as key products within the after-sales process.
  • This role focuses on ensuring proper stock control, availability, and efficient distribution of parts to support service operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep track of spare parts coming in and going out, and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Plan and ensure the availability of parts based on repair needs and demand
  • Supply spare parts to service centers and stores when needed
  • Coordinate delivery and shipping of parts, including handling logistics and customs when required
  • Manage returned or faulty parts under warranty, including inspection and proper disposal
  • Use systems (ERP/Excel) to monitor inventory and generate reports.

Requirements

  • Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or material control
  • Experience in automotive or electric vehicle (EV) industry is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of EV parts (e.g., batteries, motors) is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with local logistics in Nigeria and willingness to travel when needed.
