We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: After-Sales Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced After-Sales Supervisorto oversee our electric vehicle (EV) after-sales operations in Nigeria.
  • The role involves managing service systems, supporting customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all service centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • After-Sales Operations: Manage the full after-sales service system in Nigeria, including technical support, spare parts supply, warranty processes, and customer service.
  • Service Network Management: Supervise local after-sales teams and Authorized Service Centers (ASC)/3S stores, ensuring all processes meet REVOO global standards.
  • Technical Training & Support: Support the training of technicians on EV systems, including high-voltage safety, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and improve key performance metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), First Fix Rate (FFR), Parts Availability, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Issue & Complaint Resolution: Handle major customer complaints, investigate faults or incidents, and coordinate emergency support when needed.
  • Spare Parts & Logistics: Ensure proper inventory and availability of key components like batteries, motors, and other critical parts.
  • Cost & Budget Control: Manage warranty-related costs and oversee the after-sales budget while maintaining service quality.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with Nigerian road safety regulations, environmental standards (including battery disposal), and vehicle registration requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team on vehicle delivery and provide regular field reports to headquarters to support product improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in after-sales operations, with at least 1years in a supervisory or managerial role within the automotive, EV, or e-bike industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EV systems, diagnostics, and general automotive service standards
