Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner, located in Ibadan.
• The HR Business Partner will oversee the implementation of HR policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and support performance management processes.
• Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) operations
• Must be female
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a constructive workplace environment
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law to ensure organizational compliance
• Proficiency in Performance Management to support employee growth and organizational development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is an added advantage
