Job Summary
- The Direct Sales Agent will drive retail customer acquisition, account opening, and product uptake through direct field engagement.
- The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed defined sales targets in a competitive financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, engage, and convert new customers within assigned territories.
- Promote the bank’s products and services, including savings, current accounts, and loan offerings.
- Conduct customer onboarding, ensuring full compliance with KYC and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales records using approved reporting tools.
- Build lasting relationships to encourage customer retention and referrals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or related industries.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics is an advantage.
