Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Job Summary

  • The Direct Sales Agent will drive retail customer acquisition, account opening, and product uptake through direct field engagement.
  • The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed defined sales targets in a competitive financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, engage, and convert new customers within assigned territories.
  • Promote the bank’s products and services, including savings, current accounts, and loan offerings.
  • Conduct customer onboarding, ensuring full compliance with KYC and documentation standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales records using approved reporting tools.
  • Build lasting relationships to encourage customer retention and referrals.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.

Minimum Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics is an advantage.
