We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Purpose

• To carry out electrical maintenance activities within the plant to ensure equipment reliability and optimum plant performance in support of continuous production operations.

The Job

• Repair faulty production machines and electrical equipment across the noodles plant and any other assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns reported through job orders from user departments.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance activities within scheduled timelines using approved checklists.
• Accurately record work done in maintenance logbooks and work order sheets.
• Take and record daily power consumption readings and other relevant measurements at the sub‑station.
• Ensure personal safety and the safety of others while carrying out assigned tasks.
• Correctly use all provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and strictly adhere to all safety rules and procedures.

Qualification

• 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
• NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical in Electrical or related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a similar electrical maintenance role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

The Person Must:

• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate good practical knowledge of electrical maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Be safety‑conscious with a strong commitment to following safety rules and procedures.
• Have ability to respond quickly and effectively to machine breakdowns.
• Demonstrate strong supervisory and coordination skills in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
