Consulting and Biz Solutions Limited is one of the leading accounting firms providing financial services to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team and drive our marketing efforts.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experience Account Officer

Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Journal Entries: Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded
• Accounts Receivable: Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices to clients
• Accounts Payable: Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Financial Statements: Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting guidelines
• Expense Review: Reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other assigned tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Financial Data Management: Updating financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and timely availability of information
• Reporting: Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports to management
• Month-End/Year-End Closings: Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings
• Special Projects: Assisting with other accounting projects as assigned by management

Requirements
To be considered for the position of an experienced accountant, the following requirements must be met:

• Professional Certification: Possession of a professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry or role

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field

Key Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of financial planning and budgeting
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree: A Master's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Specialized Certifications: Possession of specialized certifications such as CFA or CPA
• Industry Experience: Experience working in a similar industry or role
• Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team or supervising staff

Salary
N120,000 - N350,000 / Month.
