We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Export Operation Manager

Location: Nigeria

Purpose

  • To manage and execute end‑to‑end export operations, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost‑effective delivery of products to international customers.
  • The role oversees export documentation, shipment execution, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring alignment with commercial terms, banking requirements, and company policies.

The Job

  • Prepare, verify, and manage all export documentation for containerized and bulk shipments, including NXP, pro‑forma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other regulatory permits.
  • Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and destination‑country import rules.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date export records in line with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external partners including freight forwarders, shipping lines, surveyors, and customs agents to ensure smooth and timely export operations.
  • Monitor and track export shipments from loading to final delivery, proactively managing delays and operational issues.
  • Ensure shipping schedules align with contractual terms and customer delivery requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution of export

The person must

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Have excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties.
  • Possess strong attention to detail with a commitment to zero documentation errors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or export operations.
  • Experience in agro‑allied or food manufacturing logistics will be an added advantage.
