We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: SEO Officer 1 – Lead (Strategic)

Location: Lagos (Remote / Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time (May be contract)

Role Summary

• The SEO Officer leads the Digital Team.
• Grow organic search traffic and optimise content for revenue maximisation. 

Detailed Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research to find high‑CPM (e.g., “injury report”, “playoff schedule”) and high‑affiliate (e.g., “moneyline predictions”) terms.
• Build a monthly content calendar for the Editorial Team based on search volume and revenue potential.
• Track rankings in SEMrush/Ahrefs and adjust strategy weekly.
• Train writers on SEO basics (headings, internal links, keyword density).
• Coordinate with Affiliate Manager to identify search‑driven betting opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years SEO experience, ideally with news or affiliate sites.
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar and with Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights.
