We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Team (General Manager / Strategy Lead)

Location: Lagos (Remote / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time (may be Contract)

Role Summary

• Lead the entire business – revenue strategy, cross‑team coordination, legal compliance, and P&L management.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Set monthly revenue targets for Google Ads, Direct Advertising, and Betting Affiliate.
• Create and enforce an anti‑cannibalisation policy (e.g., which article types use affiliate links vs. direct ads).
• Represent the company with external partners: Google Ad Manager support, ad exchanges, sportsbook affiliate programmes.
• Hire, mentor, and evaluate team leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital media leadership (sports, news, or affiliate publishing).
• Proven experience with Google Ad Manager, header bidding, and affiliate networks.
• Strong understanding of SEO and programmatic yield management.
• Familiarity with Nigerian media landscape is a plus.
