Role Summary
- Grow organic search traffic and optimise content for revenue maximisation.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Optimise site speed (lazy load images, minify CSS/JS, enable caching).
- Implement schema markup: SportsEvent, Product (for betting offers), Article, and BreadcrumbList.
- Monitor Google Search Console for crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and manual actions.
- Manage internal linking structure to distribute link equity.
- Ensure the site is mobile‑friendly and passes Google’s mobile‑first indexing.
Requirements
- 3+ years SEO experience, ideally with news or affiliate sites.
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar and with Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights.
