We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: SEO Officer II – Technical

Location: Lagos (Remote / Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time (May be contract)

Role Summary

• Grow organic search traffic and optimise content for revenue maximisation. 

Detailed Responsibilities

• Optimise site speed (lazy load images, minify CSS/JS, enable caching).
• Implement schema markup: SportsEvent, Product (for betting offers), Article, and BreadcrumbList.
• Monitor Google Search Console for crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and manual actions.
• Manage internal linking structure to distribute link equity.
• Ensure the site is mobile‑friendly and passes Google’s mobile‑first indexing.

Requirements

• 3+ years SEO experience, ideally with news or affiliate sites.
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar and with Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights.
