Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Printing Press)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in printing press and post-press equipment. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across printing press and finishing machines.
- This role is critical to ensuring optimal machine performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on printing and finishing machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults on press and post-press equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime
- Monitor electrical performance of machines to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Collaborate with press operators and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate electrical documentation and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Support installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new printing equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience with printing press and post-press machines
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machine automation
- Proven experience troubleshooting electrical components in printing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals
Required Skills:
- Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
- Industrial automation and control systems knowledge
- Preventive maintenance planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure in a production environment.
Working Conditions:
- Industrial printing press environment
- Exposure to noise, heavy machinery, and electrical systems
- May require shift work and emergency maintenance support.
