We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Creator (Video Editor)

Location: Lagos (Remote / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time (may be Contract)

Role Summary

• Produce short‑form video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels to drive traffic and affiliate clicks.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Edit 5–10 short videos per week (30–90 seconds): match highlights, “expert betting picks”, odds breakdowns.
• Add captions, transitions, and end screens that encourage viewers to read the full article.
• Place affiliate links in video descriptions, pinned comments, and YouTube cards.
• Optimise video titles, tags, and thumbnails for search on YouTube/TikTok.
• Loop in graphics from the Graphics Designer for consistent branding.
• Monitor video retention rates and iterate on hook styles.

Requirements

• Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and TikTok algorithm.
• Ability to source royalty‑free or properly licensed sports clips.
