We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver (Car & Motorcycle)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager
Division: Hospitality Operations — Transport & Dispatch

The Role

• You will be responsible for the safe, timely and professional transportation of guests, staff and deliveries for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate is able to drive both a car and a motorcycle, is thoroughly familiar with Lagos roads, presents themselves well, and understands that how you show up on the road is a reflection of the Sujimoto brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, management and staff to and from required destinations
• Handle guest interactions with courtesy, discretion and professionalism
• Handle dispatch and delivery of items across our restaurant, lounge and apartment operations
• Report any vehicle faults, incidents or maintenance needs promptly
• Ride motorcycle for time-sensitive dispatch and delivery tasks when required
• Ensure all deliveries are accurately logged and confirmed upon receipt
• Maintain the cleanliness, condition and roadworthiness of assigned vehicle(s) at all times
• Adhere to all road safety laws, traffic regulations and company driving policies
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure punctual arrivals and deliveries

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3 years experience as a professional driver.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Valid Nigerian driver's licence — car and motorcycle
• Punctual, dependable and able to work flexible hours including weekends
• Ability to ride a motorcycle confidently is mandatory
• Basic problem-solving ability — can handle unexpected situations calmly
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads, routes and traffic patterns
• Ability to read and follow written delivery instructions
• Clean driving record — no history of serious traffic violations
