Job Title: ODOO ERP Consultant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have strong business process understanding and the ability to translate client requirements into effective Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
• Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
• Provide functional support and training to end users
• Prepare functional documentation (BRD, SRS, user manuals)
• Work closely with technical teams for customization and integration
• Perform system testing and support UAT activities
• Ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP (functional side)
• Experience in multiple Odoo modules (Accounting knowledge is a plus)
• Good understanding of business workflows and processes
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
