Mediplan Healthcare Limited is a Health Maintenance Organization established to provide healthcare services to corporate organizations and members of the public under a prepaid payment structure.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer (HMO)

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 1 - 2 years of practical experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, Windows OS, and MS Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
