Otsuka Nigeria Nutraceutical Company (ONNC) is a fast moving FMCG, Nutraceutical, phamaceutical and chemical industry, located in sagamu, interchange, Ogun state Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Blower Operator (Krones Contiform)

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Line Supervisor / Shift Leader

Job Summary

• Responsible for operating the blow molding machine to convert preforms into PET bottles while ensuring quality, efficiency, and minimal wastage.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Krones blow molding machine (e.g., Contiform)
• Monitor heating, stretching, and blowing processes
• Ensure bottles meet quality standards (shape, clarity, strength)
• Adjust machine settings for different bottle sizes/SKUs
• Minimize rejection and material waste
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning
• Record production output and downtime

Requirements

• OND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field with 3-5 years experience.
• Experience in blow molding operations preferred

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
