Job Title: Mechanical MEP Engineer

Job Description

• The MEP Engineer will be the key player in the lifecycle of our flagship high-rise developments and large-scale infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for the "heart and lungs" of our buildings—overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of complex HVAC, Fire Protectionand Plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Engineering: Perform mechanical load calculations, equipment sizing (Chillers, AHUs, Pumps), and hydraulic analysis for high-rise water and fire systems.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with Architects, Structural Engineers and other professionals to ensure MEP services are perfectly integrated within the building's core.
• BIM & Digital Twin: Utilize Revit and Navisworks for 3D coordination and proactive clash detection to minimize site rework.
• Site Supervision: Oversee subcontractors to ensure installations meet approved shop drawings, local building codes, andsafety standards.
• Project Management: Track material procurement, manage MEP budgets, and ensure all mechanical milestones are met on schedule.
• Testing & Commissioning: Lead the final testing phases for HVAC air balancing, fire life safety systems, and vertical transportation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with track record on large-scale commercial or residential construction.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM) and others.
• Standards: Strong knowledge of codes and local construction regulations.
• Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership capability, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
