Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary

• They are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their core digital product.
• This role will be responsible for shaping product direction, managing the roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Ownership:

• Own the vision, roadmap, and ongoing development of the company’s core digital product, ensuring it delivers measurable value to SMEs and institutional partners.
• Translate business priorities and user needs into clear product initiatives, feature requirements, and delivery plans.
• Conduct regular market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
• Support rapid prototyping and workflow optimisation using no-code or low-code tools where appropriate.

Growth and Commercialisation;

• Develop and execute strategies to grow product adoption across defined user milestones.
• Work across internal teams to improve user onboarding, engagement, and conversion outcomes

Institutional Partnerships:

• Lead engagement with financial institutions and strategic partners to position the product as a valuable solution within their offerings
• Support business development conversations by providing clear, data-backed product narratives

Performance and Improvement:

• Define and monitor key performance indicators across user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Use product data, customer insights, and business feedback to identify priorities and improve performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with responsibility for owning and delivering digital products
• Experience working on fintech, lending, financial services, or related digital platforms
• Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and work effectively with cross functional teams
• Familiarity with API integrations and managing external digital partnerships is desirable
• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms such as Bubble.io is an advantage
• Exposure to institutional stakeholder management is a plus.
