Job Title: Key Account Manager (Pharma)

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Key Account Manager specializing in the pharmaceutical industry.
• The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth.
• Daily responsibilities include creating and executing strategic business plans, overseeing account activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities.
• The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery and meeting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a background in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in Key Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
• Strong Business Planning skills and the ability to develop strategies to meet account objectives
• Exceptional Customer Service skills for addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Sharp Analytical Skills for monitoring market trends, interpreting data, and crafting reports
• Proficiency in managing and growing Key Accounts within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Lagos.
