We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphic / UI / UX / Web Designer

Location:  Remote

Job Summary

• We're seeking a versatile Graphic/UI/UX Designer to shape brands’ visual identities and users’ experiences from the ground up.
• In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate closely with our founders, developers, marketers and clients to design intuitive interfaces, compelling visuals, and cohesive brandings that captivate targeted audience. Be ready to wear multiple hats—because in a startup, every day is an adventure!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including wireframing, interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and ensure designs are user-friendly and drive engagement.
• Design graphic elements, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for websites, apps, and digital tools, ensuring responsive and accessible designs using relevant tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Develop visual/style guidelines, navigation components, user flows, marketing collateral, and interaction patterns to enhance the overall user experience and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback, A/B testing results, and performance metrics.
• Create high-quality visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and branding materials that align with companies’ guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends (e.g., motion graphics, AR elements), tools, and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design to innovate and improve our product aesthetics, keeping us ahead of the curve.
• Contribute to the overall creative direction, brainstorming sessions, and quick-turnaround projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or a related field (startup experience a huge plus!).
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and prototyping software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of UI/UX projects, branding, and digital graphics—bonus points for responsive web/mobile work.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), responsive design techniques and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills; you can explain your design decisions to non-designers without missing a beat.
• Passion for startups: adaptable, proactive, and excited about equity and growth potential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to non-designers with clarity.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
• Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) for better collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and design systems (e.g., Material Design or Atomic Design).
