Job Summary

  • We are seeking energetic and results-driven Entry Level Customer Acquisition Executives to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers to drive revenue growth.
  • This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through field sales, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Actively promote and sell company products/services to new customers
  • Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and acquisition targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct market visits, activations, and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Ensure proper onboarding and documentation of new customers

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
  • 0–1 year experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (Fresh graduates can apply)
  • NYSC Completion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to earn incentives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service.
