Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced, organized, and leadership-driven Practice Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and support business growth.
- This is a key role for someone who can drive structure, efficiency, accountability, and excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Ensure excellent patient service delivery
- Monitor front desk, administrative, and clinical workflow
- Support revenue growth and operational targets
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies and standards
- Prepare reports and coordinate management decisions
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication ability
- Financial and operational reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Previous experience in healthcare, dental, hospital, or clinic management is a strong advantage.
