We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers (with deployment to field locations including Bonny, Brass, Forcados, and onshore flow stations across the Niger Delta)

Role Summary

• Oversee all maintenance activities for the company equipment fleet (cranes, forklifts, generators, compressors, vehicles) and facilities (office, workshop, warehouse).
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme to ensure maximum equipment availability and facility integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all company equipment and facilities.
• Manage corrective/breakdown maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, mechanics, electricians, and facility maintenance staff.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain equipment history records, maintenance logs, and equipment certification registers.
• Ensure all company equipment (cranes, forklifts, generators, compressors, welding machines) meets statutory inspection and certification requirements.
• Coordinate with Workshop Supervisors and Transport Manager on equipment repair and availability.
• Manage facility maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety equipment, and grounds.

Minimum Requirements

• B.Eng / HND qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in equipment and facility maintenance, preferably in oil and gas or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Experience with crane maintenance and heavy equipment (XCMG or equivalent brands).
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems).
• Completion of NYSC (mandatory).

Added Advantage:

• COREN registration.
• Crane and lifting equipment inspection certification.
• Knowledge of LOLER, PUWER, or equivalent Nigerian equipment safety regulations.
• Experience managing workshop and fleet operations simultaneously.

Competitive and commensurate with experience.
