Job Title: Capitalization / Register Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Capitalization / Register Officer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to manage shareholder registers, capitalization records, and related corporate documentation.
• The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in records management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient handling of capitalization activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years relevant experience in capitalization, registry operations, share administration, or corporate records management
• Candidate must be based in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate
• Knowledge of share registration processes and corporate governance practices
• Strong understanding of documentation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage sensitive records

Salary
₦325,000 / Month Net.
