Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives
• Manage recruitment, employee engagement, and retention programs
• Oversee staff welfare, performance management, and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Foster a productive workplace culture that promotes excellence and innovation
• Provide strategic HR guidance to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5-7 years relevant HR experience, with managerial experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labor regulations and HR operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Professional certifications in this field will be an advantage
• Age between 45 to 50 Years.
