We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time Onsite (with client engagements)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly creative and structured Interior Designer/Architect to lead design projects from concept to execution.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong visual storytelling skills, particularly in the use of pin boards and mood boards, and will be responsible for managing design delivery while overseeing a small internal team.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development:

• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts
• Create pin boards, mood boards, and material boards to communicate design direction
• Produce detailed drawings using SketchUp and manual sketches
• Ensure all designs align with client briefs and brand expectations

Visual Presentation:

• Lead the creation of compelling client presentations using pin boards as a core tool
• Present and defend design ideas to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency between approved concepts and final execution
• Project Execution
• Oversee projects from concept through completion
• Coordinate with artisans, vendors, and contractors
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality delivery
• Align execution with approved designs and timelines

Client Management:

• Manage client relationships and expectations
• Lead meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions
• Ensure client satisfaction across all project phases
• Team Leadership & Supervision
• Supervise and coordinate admin personnel and the project management team
• Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team alignment with project goals
• Provide guidance to ensure efficiency and quality output
• Documentation & Measurement
• Take accurate site measurements and translate into design plans
• Maintain proper documentation for all projects and design processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in interior and/or architectural design (residential and commercial projects)
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, mood boards, and pin boards
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or similar
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• High level of creativity with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: Online (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (based on experience)
