Description

We are a leading recruitment and field-force consulting firm, partnering with top alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage brands to build high-performing sales teams across Lagos and surrounding regions.
• We are currently hiring experienced sales professionals to support distributor-led sales operations across multiple territories. The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for direct product sales to retailers, managing van inventory, executing assigned sales routes, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Visit existing and prospective customers within assigned territories
• Manage van stock levels, product rotation, and safety compliance
• Drive in-market promotions and product demonstrations
• Submit daily sales activity and market intelligence reports

Requirements

• B.Sc, HND, ND, or equivalent qualification with 1–2 years of sales experience (Beverage/FMCG experience preferred)
• Age: 25–45 years
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in driving Mitsubishi Canter, Manual Transmission
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Physically fit for loading and offloading products
• Must provide three (3) verifiable guarantors

Compensation

• Basic Salary: N120,000 / Month
