We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property sales and brand positioning.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, SEO / SEM).
• Generate and manage leads to support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Oversee content creation (property listings, visuals, videos, promotional materials).
• Manage the company’s online presence across all digital platforms.
• Coordinate property launches, site inspections, and marketing events.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Collaborate with sales team to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
