Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are recruiting a motivated and performance-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at a leading beverage company.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening relationships with distributors and retailers, and expanding market penetration across Port Harcourt.
  • This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong FMCG sales experience and a passion for achieving results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets within the territory.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers.
  • Maintain and grow strong business relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and competitive pricing.
  • Execute promotional and in-market activation activities to drive sales volume and brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence and insights.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in or be very familiar with Port Harcourt.
  • Proven experience in beverage or FMCG sales is required.
  • Minimum qualification of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage territories effectively, and consistently meet sales targets.
