Job Title: Management Consultant

Job Description

• The Management Consultant is responsible for helping clients improve business performance by analyzing existing problems, developing strategic solutions, and supporting the implementation of business growth, structure, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• The role involves working with startups, SMEs, and established organizations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business assessments to identify operational, financial, and structural challenges.
• Analyze client data, processes, and systems to uncover inefficiencies.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and action plans.
• Assist clients with business structuring, scaling strategies, and process improvements.
• Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and market research reports.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best business practices.
• Support implementation of solutions and monitor performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, finance, IT, and compliance) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years experience in consulting, business advisory, or a similar role.
• Experience working with startups or SMEs is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA) are an added advantage.

Salary
N140,000 - N300,000 monthly.
