Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, creative, and confident Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage our online presence and create engaging content that drives visibility, leads, and brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Create engaging reels, videos, graphics, and captions
- Appear in property videos as the face of the brand
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly
- Grow followers, engagement, and lead generation
- Monitor trends and create innovative campaigns
- Provide weekly performance reports
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
- Proven experience in social media management/content creation
- Female preferred for brand representation needs
- Confident on camera with strong communication skills
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and similar tools
- Creative, trendy, and proactive
- Real estate experience is an added advantage
Salary
N120,000 - N250,000 / Month Performance Incentives
