Adia Credit is a consumer loan provider in Nigeria that offers consumers an installment payment package on mobile phones that can be obtained in the store within 60 minutes without collateral.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Help customers access smartphone loans financing by using our app
• Onboard new customers.
• Verify KYC, and set up repayment plans on our app
• Work with phone retailers to drive BNPL product adoption
• Track repayments, follow up on defaults, and resolve field issues
• Provide customer education and submit daily field reports.
