We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Machine Operator / Storekeeper
Location: Garki & Gwarimpa - Abuja and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Operate paint/tinting machines efficiently
- Manage stock receiving, storage, and issuance
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure basic equipment maintenance and safety compliance
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Report any machine faults or production issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and production area.
- Store materials properly in line with safety standards.
- Issue raw materials to production based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of finished products.
- Monitor stock levels and report low or excess inventory.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / Technical Certificate or equivalent.
- 1–3 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in paint production, manufacturing or any warehouse operations.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and warehouse processes.
- Ability to handle chemicals safely.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic technical aptitude
- Time management and efficiency
- Safety consciousness
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
